Please be patient as I'm sill developing the site content and layout

This site has come to be from a unique road, what started as a "hobby" for me some 30 years ago has become a major consumer of my time today. I initially became interested in photography in high school, back then I had a Cannon AE1, SLR camera with a range of different lenses.  What started with many hours in the high school photo lab developing and processing my own film and prints has now progressed to long hours processing and managing 1,000's of digital images on the computer.  Fortunately I enjoy the entire process, but not the deadlines....  I don't shoot with film any more and have moved fully into the digital age,  these days I use a selection of Nikon Digital SLR bodies and lenses.

For the last 5 years I have become more and more involved in sports related photography, recording game day for my children, their teammates and families.  At the request of others who have seen and enjoyed my work over the last number of years I have decided to offer my services to other teams who would like to record "game day" for their players and parents.  For information of services available, pricing and booking information please see the "Services" page.  If you would like to see a sampling of my work please see the "Gallery" page, teams who have purchased my services can view a complete collection of their team photos from the "Team Photos" page.  Please note that team photo sites require a user name and password for access.  As I'm unable to verify individual player or parents on each team you will have to contact you team coach and or manager for user name / password information.  Team photos are generally available for a limited time only, 3 - 4 months (depending on space availability).  Detailed information on issues with respect to "copyright" and the "fair" use of my photos is outlined in the "Policies" page.

It is not my intent to nor do I wish to present myself as a "professional" photographer, I would suggest that I fall in the "advanced armature & enthusiast" category, which is reflected in my fees.  For those who are looking into and or contemplating the services of a photographer I would recommend you shop around and find the photographer that fits your needs and budget.  Your club management can likely provide you with a list of local professional who provide photographic services.  I do not provide typical "team photo" services such as individual portrait and team photos with a selection of predefined package options for prints.  There are several professional photographers who do great work and are locally available to service these needs and I would recommend you check with them.  As you will see in the "Services" page, I don't generally provide "printed" copies of the photos but rather (copyrighted) "electronic" copies only.  I do not provide these photographic services as a means to make a living (I have a real job in the high tech sector) and only recently have I charged a fee for my services.  Up until mid 2006 I have provided all of my services including internet access to the photos free of charge, however the costs are starting to mount and as such I have decided to charge a fee to cover my expenses.

Thanks and enjoy,   Randy
